Yes to Yoga
I’m offering FREE or DONATION-BASED yoga classes on Zoom! Sign up below to reserve your spot.
I am a 200 hour RYT and completed my training in 2016 at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT. (Yes, I was 18 at the time!) I have been practicing daily for six years at various other studios, including LL Studio by Laughing Lotus, Soul Tribe Yoga, Yoga Shanti, Ambu Yoga, and JB Yoga. My classes are strength-building vinyasa flows that encourage self-love, mindfulness, and dancing! It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro: I’d love to “see” you on the mat.
Everyone may practice for free if they so choose, but donations are also welcome (suggested: $10 or $5 for students, recent grads, and educators). Anything you’d like to offer will kindly be accepted over Venmo (@yestoyummy).
No special equipment is needed: just you, your body, and a device to use Zoom! Yoga mats are encouraged, as well as blocks or block substitutes, like heavy books, water bottles, cans, or cardboard boxes. A blanket and a strap (or a bathrobe rope, belt, or hand towel) are also good to have on hand.
Don’t be scared: yoga is for everybody and every body, as my beloved teacher VR Colletti says. So, what are you waiting for? You’ll be glad you didn’t namaste in bed.
